The wastewater treatment automation system adopts the mode of distributed control and centralized management. PLC control systems are deployed in multiple areas including pretreatment, aeration biological tanks, advanced treatment and sludge workshops. Each PLC station is connected end‑to‑end via optical fibers to form a ring network, transmitting real‑time data (such as water quality indicators, equipment status, flow rate and liquid level) to the central control room. It realizes intelligent real‑time monitoring, control and management of water quality, water volume and equipment operating status throughout the wastewater treatment process. The system improves wastewater treatment efficiency, reduces operating costs, guarantees compliant effluent quality, and enables automatic operation with unattended or minimally‑attended mode.
