The water plant automation system is an integrated system that realizes automatic monitoring and management of the entire tap water production process, including water source intake, purification treatment, water quality monitoring and water supply scheduling. Adopting the mode of distributed control and centralized management, PLC control systems are deployed in multiple areas such as water source intake, flocculation and sedimentation tanks, V-type filter tanks, water supply pump houses and chemical dosing workshops. All PLC stations form a ring network connected end-to-end via optical fibers, transmitting real-time data including water quality indicators, equipment status, flow rate and liquid level to the central control room, enabling efficient, safe and intelligent water supply operation of the water plant.
