The YKK series medium-sized high-voltage asynchronous motor is a new product developed by our company. It has a reasonable structure, advanced technology, energy-saving, low noise, small vibration, reliable operation, and easy installation and maintenance. The power level, installation size, and electrical performance of this series of motors comply with the national standard GB755-2008 "Rated and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines", the mechanical industry standard JB/T1031.52, and relevant IEC standards. The basic installation method of the electric motor is horizontal with feet (IMB3), and the working system is continuous working system (S1).

Structural Description

The electric motor adopts a box structure, and the base is welded from steel plates, which is lightweight, strong in rigidity, and equipped with a closed air air cooler on the top of the motor. It is easy to disassemble and assemble, and convenient for maintenance and repair of the motor. The stator adopts a press fit structure, and the stator winding is made of F-grade insulation material. The end is reliably fixed and tied. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone multiple turn to turn pulse voltage tests and ground withstand voltage tests, and is treated with advanced vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint technology (VPI) imported from abroad. Therefore, the insulation performance of the motor is excellent and reliable, with good mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance. The squirrel cage rotor is manufactured using advanced and reliable aluminum casting technology. There are two forms of bearings, one is ball bearings and the other is cylindrical roller bearings, depending on the power and speed of the motor The basic protection level is IP44, and IP54 motors can also be provided according to ordering requirements.
