The CY-LI03 series immersion level gauge consists of core components such as a die cast aluminum alloy housing (including terminal posts), a communication cable with a built-in air duct, a pressure resistant joint, a 304 stainless steel housing (with a built-in diffusion silicon sensitive element and transmission circuit), and a front-end protective cap. A high-performance diffused silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor is used as a measuring element to accurately measure the static pressure of the liquid proportional to the depth of the liquid level. The signal is then converted into a standard (current or voltage) signal output through a signal conditioning circuit, establishing a linear correspondence between the output signal and the depth of the liquid, and achieving measurement of the depth of the liquid.The product has high precision and small volume. It can be directly put into the liquid to measure the liquid height from the end of the transmitter to the liquid level, making it easy to use. Suitable for liquid level measurement and control in the fields of petroleum, chemical, power plants, urban water supply, and hydrological exploration.
