Working Principle of CT-C Series Hot Air Circulating Oven

1. Structure

The hot air circulation oven is constructed from angle steel, stainless steel plates, and cold steel plates. The insulation layer is filled with high-density aluminum silicate wool, which ensures the oven's thermal insulation and user safety.

2. Working Principle

The air circulation system of the hot air circulation oven employs a fan-driven air circulation method, ensuring uniform and efficient airflow. The air source is generated by a circulating fan motor driving the fan wheel, which then directs the heated air through the heater and into the oven chamber. After use, the air is drawn back into the duct to serve as the air source for further circulation and heating, ensuring even temperature distribution within the chamber. When temperature fluctuations occur due to door opening or closing, the air circulation system quickly resumes operation until the set temperature is reached.

3. Scope of Application

The hot air circulation oven is used for heating, curing, drying, and dehydration of materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemical, food, agricultural by-products, aquatic products, and light industry. Examples include raw materials, herbal decoctions, extracts, powders, granules, and dehydrated vegetables.
