Application of Immersion Level Transmitters
#news ·2025-11-02 17:20:32
The submersible level transmitter operates on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is directly proportional to its height. It utilizes the piezoresistive effect of diffusion silicon or ceramic sensing elements to convert the static pressure into an electrical signal. After temperature compensation and linear correction, the signal is transformed into a standard 4-20 mA DC current output. The sensor portion of the submersible level transmitter can be directly immersed in the liquid, while the transmitter can be secured with flanges or brackets, making installation and operation extremely convenient.
The submersible level transmitter features high accuracy, impact resistance, excellent stability, and long service life. It is suitable for applications such as groundwater hydrology, water tanks, rivers, and lakes. Additionally, it comes with a PTFE protective type that resists strong corrosion, making it ideal for measuring liquid levels in acid and alkali storage tanks.
Submersible Level Transmitter with Level Controller for Automated Level Control Solution:
1. When the water level is low, the liquid level controller activates the pump and closes the valve.
2. When the water level is high, the liquid level controller shuts off the pump and opens the valve.
